AI Assistance Feature Overview & Security Summary
Purpose
KPI Fire has introduced an optional AI Suggestions capability designed to help users improve clarity and completeness in Problem Statements, Goals, and Project Charters within the platform. This overview supports IT and data governance review for enterprise approval.
Feature Overview
The AI Suggestions capability provides users with optional guidance to improve written project content such as project problem statements or goal descriptions. When enabled, users may request AI-generated enhancements based only on the text they type.

Data Handling & Privacy
- Data Sent: User text for Problem/Goal & account-level prompt
- Transmission: Secure encrypted HTTPS/TLS 1.2+
- Storage: Not stored by KPI Fire or the model provider
- Retention: No retention, logging, or training
Default Prompt Template
“Act like a lean six sigma expert. Improve the following Lean Six Sigma charter [tileType] statement to adhere strictly to Lean Six Sigma principles, making it more structured and detailed: [goal/problem statement] Please output only the improved Lean Six Sigma charter [tileType] statement value. Do not include project name. Do not include any fake or sample data or numbers just use X, Y, Z , etc… symbols instead. Do not include any headers, labels, or additional commentary. Output only the final formatted text directly.”
Organizations may review or modify their internal prompt through KPI Fire Support.
