Project Portfolio Report
- Sorting now works correctly on all Gantt charts (Portfolio Timeline, Task Timeline).
- Adjusted all portfolio timelines to prevent projects from collapsing after adding a task or group by ‘+’ button .
Team Engagement Report
- Enhancement: Added multi-currency support to show converted values for benefit totals, with hover-over displaying sub-totals.
Huddleboards
BSC Huddleboard
- UI Enhancement: Improved UI stability on BSC huddleboard when more than 3 metrics with interval notes are attached.
General Updates/ Bug Fixes
- Made the Idea Funnel table header sticky for improved navigation on the Idea list page.
- Enhanced print functionality in Project/Idea Charter to prevent overlapping and ensure smooth printing.
- Category filter now functions correctly on the XMatrix details page.
Released – September 04, 2024
New Idea
- Enhancement: Updated New Idea and External Idea processes to set the idea owner based on department settings.
- If a department owner is set, the department owner becomes the idea owner, and the creator will have edit own rights. Existing behavior remains unchanged if no department owner is set.

Teams Tab
- UI Enhancement: Added user license type to hover-over details for members in the Teams tab.
Goals
- Enhancement: Percentage now auto-calculates based on linked project’s task completion if auto-calculate is enabled, otherwise shows manually added values.
Portfolio Timeline
- NEW feature: Added click-to-update task flag functionality, aligning with the tasks tab in the project.
- NEW feature: Added column to create new task groups and tasks for a specific project.
Project Benefit Tree View
- Enhancement: Added option to compare against budget in the display options on the Benefit Summary page.
General Updates/ Bug Fixes
- Corrected issue with the “Last Updated” column in the Idea Funnel displaying the same date for all entries.
- Custom Fields now allow sorting tables by the name column, with default display from A-Z.
- Resolved issue where the New Idea form sometimes showed “NA” in workflow and did not display the correct fields.
- Creating ideas with empty effort and impact is working correctly.
