New Features & Enhancements

Settings

  • APIs: Admin settings now show who created each API key and allow masking keys with a visibility toggle.
  • External API for project updates now include clearer tracking details, with updated documentation.

Projects

  • Project Benefit Tab: The recalculate button is now hidden from Project Benefits since it’s no longer required.

Bug Fixes

Custom Huddleboard

  • Task Tile
    • Task Edit Modal: The approver name on tasks in Custom Huddleboards now appears correctly after a refresh.

Metrics

  • Data Tab: Metric R/Y/G values can now be edited as expected when using the rows-and-columns table layout.

Projects

  • Charter Tab: AI-enhanced results no longer repeat extra characters at the end of responses.

New Idea

  • The New Idea form now requires selecting a department instead of pre-filling one by default.

Projects

  • Status Reports Tab: Project Status Reports now include past-due tasks in the project statistics count.

Settings

  • Notifications: Daily update notification settings now show a default time zone (Eastern Standard Time) if none has been selected.
  • APIs: Admin settings now show who created each API key and allow masking keys with a visibility toggle.
  • APIs: A new StageGates external API is now available.

Bug Fixes

Metrics

  • Saved views: Saved view names of Metric List, Bowling View ,Metric Tree View & Project Benefit tree view now appear below global filters by replacing the page title with the saved view name.

Project Budget Value Realization Report

  • Chart: Chart help tooltips in the Project Budget Value Realization Report now display with improved layout.

  • External Idea Form: The External Idea Funnel configuration now includes a help tips table for easier setup.
  • Users Tab: Admin users can now send password reset emails directly from the User Setup page.
  • APIs: External APIs for users, huddleboards, ideas, and initiatives now include updated documentation and usage tracking.
  • Status Reports: The Status Report popup now uses consistent labels and a more standardized layout.

Projects

  • Files: Attached URLs are now clickable across tasks, Charter tab> files tile, Files tab, status reports, and project benefits, opening the same view as the open icon.

Team Engagement Report

  • Average # Idea/User: The Team Engagement Report help tip text has been updated to clearly explain the average number of ideas per submitter.

Huddleboards

  • Custom Huddleboards
    • Project List Tile: Project list tiles on huddleboards now support filtering by tags during setup or later configuration.

  • Quick search now includes the ability to find saved views and huddleboards.

Team Engagement Report

  • More Filter: The Team Engagement Report now uses project actual and target date ranges to filter.
  • The Team Engagement Report now updates project benefit numbers based on the selected date range.

Projects

  • Notifications: Team members are now notified whenever a project or idea status changes.

Bug Fixes

Saved Views & Huddleboards

  • Navigating from a saved huddleboard back to the Project List now shows the list correctly.

Projects

  • Tasks Tab: Task indent and outdent changes now remain in place after refreshing the page when filters are applied.
