KPI Fire’s Ai Policy & Approach

At KPI Fire, we believe in using AI to enhance—never compromise—your experience, data security, and trust. As we continue to explore AI-powered features to drive Continuous Improvement and Strategy Execution, we want to be transparent about our principles:

  1. Your Data Is Yours.
    We do not use any customer data to train Large Language Models (LLMs). Your data remains private, secure, and exclusively under your control.
  2. AI Is Opt-In.
    Any use of AI-powered features in KPI Fire will be opt-in only. You will always have the choice to enable or disable AI functionality based on your preferences and needs.
  3. We Build With You.
    We actively welcome customer feedback and collaboration in shaping our AI roadmap. Your insights help us develop AI solutions that deliver real value to your teams and align with your strategic goals.

We’re committed to building responsible, secure, and useful AI tools—always with transparency, accountability, and customer involvement at the core.

Available Ai Features:

  • Ai Project Charter Enhanced inputs: This Ai Assistant helps create a better problem statement, goal statements, and project scope.  (Technical Documentation sheet)
    • Request access via your Customer Success Manager.
  • Using Excel & OpenAi to update KPI Fire metric interval data:  Help me connect this excel spreadsheet to the KPI Fire APis so I can push my daily production report data to KPI Fire.
  • Metric Taxonomy GPT.  This Ai agent takes an input of all of your metrics and provides recommendations for improved naming taxonomy. (video) (gpt link)
    • Export your list of metrics from KPI Fire.
    • Use the GPT to create a set of recommended changes to the naming structure of your metrics.

Ai Roadmap: A few of the Features in Development or Consideration phase:

  • Parse my KPIs.  This GPT takes any Strategic Plan format (.doc, pdf, xls, ppt) as an input and outputs suggestions for Goals, Metrics, and Projects in KPI Fire based on your plan.
  • Ai Assistant “How do I?….” This Ai Assistant is trained on the KPI Fire application and help articles to provide quick answers to basic user questions about features and use cases.
    • Simplify Feature Request or bug submission process
  • Open Claw: Pull data from this 3rd party website & send it to KPI Fire APIs.
    • Prototype/demo available upon request.
  • Ai Idea Funnel Agent:
    • Help me route ideas to the best possible owner. (improve charter, add tags, change category, change owner)
    • Help me move ideas through the idea funnel.
    • Help me enforce the service levels in my idea funnel.
    • Help me recognize duplicates
  • Ai Metric Data Collection Assistant:
    • Help me update my metrics for a scorecard/huddleboard.
  • Project Presentation Agent:
    • Takes a standard project charter and converts it into a pleasing visual presentation or graphic poster.
  • Project Benefit Calculator Agent:
    • Help me calculate the financial benefits of this project using Ai Agent.
