Product Enhancements – Release Notes September 2021

We are happy to announce some new enhancements & fixes:

Huddleboard 

Huddleboard – Text Tile 

  • Improved editor
  • NEW options added like Insert table and link

Huddleboard – Single Project Task Tile

  • NEW added filter icon to tile (empty w/ no filters, blue if filter applied) which allow filtering tasks by Owner and Status
  • In the 2nd row of the header the following information is added:
    • Project department
    • % Project completion
    • Project Health
  • Moved “Add task” section to the bottom of each group like in task view
  • Improved tasks order match on project task tile with project task tab

Huddleboard – Single Project Message Tile

  • Message sent displays date and time

Project 

  • NEW added link of huddleboard in the footer of the project page
  • The link displays when the user clicks on the project from the huddlebaord
  • The link allows navigating back to linked huddlboard

Huddleboard – Project List Tile

  • Filter icon: Improved UI and functionality
  • Improved column filters functionality on the project list tile

Project Reports> Project Benefit Report

  • Improved calculation logic when multiple years of data are entered in a benefit

Project Reports > Project Tile View 

  • NEW added More in Global filters to allow filter by Project Status

Project 

  • Header: NEW added help tip on Workflow field

Project 

  • Header: NEW added help tip on Status field

Project – Charter Tab

  • Improved handling of individual tiles saving on Project Charter when multiple users are editing at the same time

Project – Task Tab 

  • Improved handling of individual text and note fields saving on Project task tab when multiple users are editing at the same time
  • Improved tasks order and edit task functionality like indent/outdent/move task

Project – Status Reports Tab

  • Project Statistics field: NEW additional information about “Open Tasks due within next 7 days (includes overdue, todo or doing status)”
  • This information will also display in the Status Report email

Project – Project Benefit Tab 

  • Improved calculation logic with fiscal year setting
  • Improved data display logic on Benefit pop-up

Metric Bowling View 

  • NEW added notes indicator icon at the top right corner in the cell of metric
  • It will display if the metric has note mentioned in metric

Search 

  • Improved functionality and performance
