Product Enhancements – Release Notes June 2025

New Features & Enhancements

  • Project Summary Report
    •  Global Filters: Added ‘More Filter’ on Project Summary Report, allowing users to view data for statuses beyond the default selections.
    • Workflow donut chart is now updated to horizontal bar chart with departments as labels and workflow counts in stacked bars.
  • Metrics 
    •  Export: Metric team members with the role of Editor are now included in the export.

Bug Fixes

  • Goals
    • Goal X-Matrix View: Department tiles are now showing correct goal counts for non-admin users, tiles are clickable.
  • Projects
    • Status Report Tab: Clicking outside ‘Send Reminder’ popup now closes the popup without sending any reminder.

New Features & Enhancements

  • Projects 
    • Status Report Tab: Project status report “Send Reminder” now includes an option to notify team members via message.
  • Goals(Goal Grid, Goal Bowling, Goal X matrix) 
    • Moved year filter into goal filter dropdown; users can now apply year-based filtering directly from the goal dropdown, with current year selected by default if none is set.

Bug Fixes

  • Projects
    • Messages Tab: Project message email now includes clearer grammar and a link to the Messages tab, guiding users to reply within KPI Fire.
  • Metrics
    • Metric Modal:
      • Charts Tab:Gauge chart color now updates correctly when switching to a year with no data.
    • Import:
      • Metric import for daily metrics now supports pareto reason codes and occurances.
  • Goals
    • Goal Tile View:
      • Unlinked metrics no longer appear on goal tiles when link count is zero.
      • Linked metrics count now updates correctly on Goal tile view after archiving or importing metrics.

Performance Improvements

  • Project list: Project list page performance improved by optimizing backend data processing.

New Features & Enhancements

  • Goal Filters
    • Goal Filter:Goal filter now includes a year filter with the current year selected by default, making it easier to filter and link relevant goals.
  • Main Nav Bar
    • Goal & Metric Creation Model: Updated visibility section to support custom department selection.
  • Project Summary Report:  Project Summary Report now supports replaceable project’s team custom role labels.

Bug Fixes

  •   Reports: Rolled back last week’s changes; project license users can now again access Metrics and Goals pages under Reports.
  •   Idea Funnel: Item list now loads correctly without needing to manually clear status filters when switching tabs.
  • Metrics
    • Data Tab: Switching frequency from quarterly to hourly with RYG enabled now correctly displays Hour Interval column.
  • Search: Added a new tooltip with a scrollbar on search results to improve readability.
  • Projects
    • Tasks Tab: Resolved incorrect “Done” status showing after completing filtered tasks and clearing filters.

  • Projects
    • Project List View: Average percent complete is now displayed at the bottom of the project table.
    • Project Benefits Tab: Benefit account descriptions from organisation settings now visible in the account notes tab after being added to a project.
  • Metrics
    • Control Chart: Control chart mean is now shown as a solid black line for better visibility.

Bug Fixes

  • Projects
    • Status Report Tab: Files can no longer be edited or deleted once the report is in saved or sent status.
  • Reports

    • Reports Page: Metrics, Goals and Project Benefit sections are now hidden for users with Project License access.

  • Saved View
    • Project List: Saved views now load correctly with data.

Performance Improvements

  • My Stats: Performance improved on My Stats page by reducing redundant data loading.
  • Projects
    • Charter Tab : Improved  performance and experience when viewing and editing text tiles on project charter tab.
