Define Your Wastes with Tags:

Settings –> Categories / Tags / Pareto

  • New companies have the 8 Wastes of Lean set as default tags
  • Tags can be added and deleted to customize the list

The 8 Wastes of Lean Manufacturing are:

  1. Defects
  2. Overproduction
  3. Waiting
  4. Non-Utilized Talent
  5. Transportation
  6. Inventory
  7. Motion
  8. Excess Processing

Assign Tags to Projects

  • Charter Tile:
    • Can also create new tags by typing in the input field
    • Select the box(es) to assign a tag to the project
    • Can deselect tags but can only delete tags from the Settings
