New Features & Enhancements

External Idea Form

  • Admins can now enable anonymous idea submissions, allowing submitters to hide their identity.

Huddleboard Templates

  • Huddleboard Templates now include preview images for each metric tile type.

Idea Funnel

  • The ‘No Priority’ bar in the Ideas by Priority chart now uses an updated color for better visibility.
  • Idea submission emails now include the idea name in the subject line for easier identification.

Bug Fixes

Projects

  • Project Benefits Tab: Admins can now delete Project Benefit files uploaded by other users.

Huddleboards

  • BSC Huddlebaord: BSC scores now recalculate automatically after inline table updates.

Saved views

  • Favorite icons now appear correctly across all supported saved view pages.

New Features & Enhancements

Admin Settings

  • Huddleboard Templates:
    • Users can now create Huddleboards from pre-built templates. Templates display tile previews and types, can be copied to the General tab for customization, and allow users to replace placeholder tiles with actual metrics, projects, goals, and other content while building their Huddleboard.

Internal Idea

  • When a department owner is assigned as an idea owner, the idea submitter now receives Edit All access.

Bug Fixes

Projects

  • List View: List views now provide more consistent row navigation and external link behavior.
  • Tasks Tab:
    • Projects created from workflows with task dependencies can now be activated correctly using the same workflow.
    • Tasks Detail Modal: The “+ Add Tag” option in Project and Standard Work task details now uses a cleaner, simplified display.
    • Task completion percentages on the Project Tasks tab now update correctly.

  • Project List View now load more efficiently by retrieving only the visible fields.

Standard Work Plans

  • Reports: Standard Work now includes ‘Report’ view at both the user and plan level.

Projects

  • Charter Tab: Project Charters now include new Root Cause Analysis and Fishbone tile types.
  • Status Report Tab:
    • Status Reports now provide enhanced reminder management, including next due dates and template selection.
    • Status Report emails now display multi-select responses as bullet lists for improved readability.

Goals

  • Settings Tab: Goals can now have their own External Idea Form configuration.

Settings

  • Departments: Department settings now support additional department types.

Home

  • Favorite saved views now display correctly on the homepage, and Huddleboards are now visible for Project license users.

Bug Fixes

Project Benefit Report & Budget Value Realization Report

  • Project Budget Reports now update the report title correctly when switching between saved views.

  • Photo tiles on Huddleboards now use consistent move and menu icons.

Standard Work Plans

  • Tasks Tab: Standard Work duration calculations now use the latest recurrence pattern.
  • Standard Work task details now use clearer labels for Work Instruction Notes and SOP Attachments, with additional help text.

External Idea Form

  • External Idea forms now support preselecting a department through the form URL.

Settings

  • Workflow and Status Report settings now include a “Templates” label for easier navigation.

Bug Fixes

Projects

  • Tasks Tab: Replacing a workflow now keeps project tasks aligned with the selected workflow tasks.
  • Project headers no longer flicker while navigating project details.
