New Features & Enhancements

Custom Huddeboard

  • Metric Tiles:  Huddleboard Calendar charts now support weekly data and show days of the week with designated color.
  • Project Benefit Tile: Huddleboards now include a new Gap small bar tile for Project Benefits.

Workflows

  • Charter Tab: New accounts now include Root Cause Analysis and Fishbone tiles in the default workflow.

Admin Settings

  • Departments: Departments can now be exported as a CSV from the Actions menu.

External APIs

  • Projects: The external Project API now includes Project Schedule and Top Few.

Idea Funnel

  • Idea Funnel tables now keep the Project# and Title visible while scrolling horizontally.

Standars Work Plans

  • Standard Work now includes Help Center links for quicker access to guidance.

Bug Fixes

External APIs

  • Metrics: External API updates for metrics with custom columns now work as expected..

Goal Grid View

  • Projects: Project leaders, linked projects, and newly created projects now appear immediately without requiring a refresh.

Goal Xmatrix 

  • Goal X-Matrix saved views now open correctly from the Saved Views & Huddleboards page.

  • General: Separate workflows are now supported for internal ideas, external ideas, and goal-specific external ideas.

Standard Work Plan/ Projects

  • A confetti animation now appears when Standard Work audits or Projects are completed.

Bug Fixes

Projects

  • Messages Tab: Greeting messages now display correctly when sending messages to all Projects team members.
  • Tasks Tab: Comments in the Project Tasks tab can now be selected and copied.

Emails

  • Delegated task emails now use the correct reply-to address.

Goals 

  • Grid View: Linked project metrics in Grid View now update immediately without requiring a refresh.

Performance Improvements

My Projects

  • The My Projects list now uses infinite scrolling for improved performance with large project lists.
