Product Enhancements – Release Notes July 2026

New Features & Enhancements

Settings

  • Project Benefits & Workflows: New accounts now include default Project Benefit Accounts and Workflow settings.
  • Departments: Department Setup now includes ‘Region’ as a department type option.

Custom Huddleboard 

  • Metric tiles on Huddleboards now display the owner icon for quick identification with a hover over tooltip to show owner name.

Idea Funnel

  • Idea titles now show an “Open in New Window” option when you hover over them.

Metrics

  • Data Tab: Metric Data now includes a “Today” indicator for easier tracking of current data.

Bug Fixes

Search

  • The ‘Open in New Window’ icon option in search results now works as expected.

External APIs

  • Projects without a priority now return the correct priority value through the Project API.

New Features & Enhancements

Goals

  • Grid View: Goal Grid View now shows the number of past-due tasks on each project card.

Main Navigation Menu

  • Standard Work is now available directly from the main Project navigation menu.

Huddleboards

  • Notification: Team members now receive notifications when they are added to a Huddleboard.

Projects

  • Tasks Tab: The Project Tasks tab now features an improved layout for easier scanning of group and tasks sections.

Bug Fixes

Settings

  • Workflow Templates: Workflow ‘Copy To’ and ‘Move To’ menus now show ‘Select Tab’ as the default option.
  • Workflow and Assets: Tab names now remain accurate after a tab is deleted.

Projects

  • Project List: Project counts now update correctly after projects are deleted from the Project List.

Performance Improvements

Idea Funnel

  • Idea Funnel performance has been improved by reducing unnecessary loading when tags are displayed.

 Metrics

  • Metrics Bowling View now loads grouped records more efficiently while scrolling.

Metrics

  • Data Tab: New tasks created from Metrics are now added to the end of the selected task group.
  • Metrics Bowling View: Bowling View now includes a ‘Group by Owner’ option.

Settings

  • General: Company Audit Logs now include logs for Huddleboard template creation and deletion.

Custom Huddleboard/Huddleboard Templates

  • Root Cause Analysis and Fishbone tiles are now available on Custom Huddleboards and Huddleboard Templates.

Goals

  • Import/Export: Goal export templates now match the import template format for a more consistent experience.

Projects/Standard Work Plans

  • Tasks Tab: Project and Standard Work task lists now include a ‘Just Me’ quick filter within user filter.

Bug Fixes

Metrics

  • Saved View: Metric Tile saved views now display the correct results when opened from the Metric Tile page.

Custom Huddleboard

  • New Goal tiles now select the Detail Type by default during creation.

Project Timeline Report/Gantt Charts

  • Project Timeline print view now includes all items.

Project Budget Value Realization Reports

  • Project Budget Value Realization Reports now correctly update line chart labels for the selected benefit.
  • View selection now works correctly when switching reports from the Project Budget Value Realization Report.

Projects

  • Bulk updates in Project List View now enable the ‘Next’ button as expected.

  • Data Tab:
    • Metrics now support API Input as a data input method.
    • Tasks: Newly created tasks from the Metric Data tab are now automatically selected.

Global Filters

  • Department filters now appear first in Global Filters and Saved Views.

Reports

  • The Reports page now displays icons for each report category to improve navigation.

Settings

  • Huddleboard Templates:
    • Huddleboard Templates now support tabs for better organization.
    • The Huddleboard Templates page now includes search and a dedicated button for creating new templates.
  • Workflows:
    • Charter Tab: Root Cause Analysis and Fishbone tiles are now available in Workflows.

Huddleboards

  • Custom Huddleboard: Metric tiles on Huddleboards now support averaging sub-metrics.
  • BSC Huddleboards: Metric tiles now display the metric owner’s avatar.

Main Nav Bar

  • Notifications: The notification dropdown now includes quick access to the Daily Update page.

Bug Fixes

Projects

  • Tasks Tab > Search: Project Task search text no longer overlaps the clear (✕) button.

Idea Funnel

  • Idea Funnel charts and counts now update correctly after ideas are deleted or edited.

Huddleboards

  • Custom huddleboard now support larger board layouts.

Performance Improvements

Goals

  • Grid View: Goal Grid View now loads faster with improved performance for large datasets.
