  • Tasks Tab

APIs

  • Projects External APIs: External project APIs now include a request ID in all responses, with updated documentation explaining how to use it.

Settings

  • The Notifications screen now uses toggle icons instead of checkboxes for a clearer on-off experience.

Bug Fixes

APIs

  • Projects External APIs: Project leader names are now included in external project API responses.

New Idea

  • New idea emails now display readable content instead of raw formatting text.

Projects

  • Text tiles in Huddleboards and Project Charters now display consistent line spacing.

Saved Views

  • Saved views using “No Category” now show the selected filter state correctly when reopened.

Custom Huddleboard

  • Metric Tile (Daily Frequency): SQDC is now available as a chart type, making daily status easier to track in a calendar-style view.

Project Benefit Tree Report

  • Global Filters: The Project Benefit Tree View now uses project actual and target date ranges instead of a year filter.

New Features & Enhancements

Project Budget Report

  • The Project Budget Report has been renamed to Project Budget Value Realization and now includes a helpful tip.

New Idea

  • Linked Goal: The goals dropdown now shows 2025 goals by default and supports filtering by year.

Main Nav Bar

  • Profile menu: A new option now appears in the profile menu, with an orange dot on the profile photo, when a refresh is needed to see a new release.

Huddleboards

  • Create Huddleboard modal: The New Huddleboard popup now includes a direct link to helpful guidance.

Settings

  • Internal Idea configuration: Idea Funnel help tips now include default guidance, and required fields are always shown and can no longer be hidden.

Bug Fixes

  • Task Groups: Task group status now reflects done percentage correctly when only some filtered tasks are completed.

Custom Huddleboard

  • Photos Tile: Cloned huddleboards now display the correct images instead of reusing the original ones.

API Settings

  • /api/ext/task: Task details from the Tasks API now include comments.

Metrics

  • Export: Metric imports now include the category information.

Bug Fixes

Project Benefit Exception Report

  • Import: Project Benefit Exception Import now allows updating actual values when target values are locked, and vice versa.

Notifications

  • Daily Update Email: Daily update emails on Gmail now display correctly without unnecessary horizontal scrolling.

  • Notifications: New users now receive daily update emails once per week by default.

Projects

  • Tasks Tab: ‘Task counts for each user’ pop up now include a summary of how often each tag is used across all task groups and at the project level.

Project Benefit Exception Report

  • Global Filter: The year filter is now removed, with two new filters added under More Filters for improved date-range selection.

Metrics

  • Export: The metric export CSV now includes a category column.

Project Tile View

  • Tile View now loads all project tiles as expected, resolving the issue with missing tiles during infinite scroll.
