New Features & Enhancements

Custom Huddleboard

  • Metrics: A metric can now be added to a Huddleboard using multiple chart types at once.

Save View

  • The Save View experience now includes a Favorite option in creation modal.

Standard Work Plans

  • Standard Work Plans now update their Last Updated timestamp when a task status changes.

Project Benefit Exception Report

  • Saved View: Project Benefit Exception Report saved views now preserve column visibility settings.

Project Summary Report

  • The Corrective Actions tile in Project Summary View now renamed to ‘Improvement Category’.

Bug Fixes

Settings

  • Users: User custom fields now map correctly during import.

Projects

  • Tasks Tab: Project Task Groups now complete correctly when the final task includes an approval.

My Stats

  • The ‘My Stats’ page now features a redesigned experience.

External APIs

  • Projects: The external Project Tasks API now indicates whether a task has an attachment.
  • Stage Gate API: The external Stage Gates API now includes the completion percentage for each stage gate.

Metrics

  • Data Tab: Smaller-is-better metrics now validate that Begin Green is greater than the target.
  • Charts Tab: Metrics now display a Most Recent period label on charts tab gauge chart.

Project Benefit Exception Report

  • The Project Benefit Exception Report now includes Benefit Approver Name and Approval Status columns with filtering options.

Idea Funnel

  • Saving Idea Funnel views now preserve selected columns.

Bug Fixes

Metric Accountability Report

  • Metric Accountability Report cell colors now remain consistent after opening and closing Metric Details.

Project Portfolio Timeline

  • Project Portfolio Timeline now displays the correct project count when filters are applied.

  • Charts Tab: Metric charts now include a Line chart option alongside Bar and Control Chart views.

Bug Fixes

Search

  • Search results now show the updated department name after a department is renamed or replaced.

Standard Work Plan

  • Standard Work Plans now remain available when their associated department is deleted.

Settings

  • Assets: Blank tab titles now fall back to the previous tab name.

Goals

  • Goal spans can now be viewed and edited correctly when opening a goal from Goal Bowling View.

  • Metric Tiles:  Huddleboard Calendar charts now support weekly data and show days of the week with designated color.
  • Project Benefit Tile: Huddleboards now include a new Gap small bar tile for Project Benefits.

Workflows

  • Charter Tab: New accounts now include Root Cause Analysis and Fishbone tiles in the default workflow.

Admin Settings

  • Departments: Departments can now be exported as a CSV from the Actions menu.

External APIs

  • Projects: The external Project API now includes Project Schedule and Top Few.

Idea Funnel

  • Idea Funnel tables now keep the Project# and Title visible while scrolling horizontally.

Standars Work Plans

  • Standard Work now includes Help Center links for quicker access to guidance.

  • Metrics: External API updates for metrics with custom columns now work as expected..

Goal Grid View

  • Projects: Project leaders, linked projects, and newly created projects now appear immediately without requiring a refresh.

Goal Xmatrix 

  • Goal X-Matrix saved views now open correctly from the Saved Views & Huddleboards page.

  • A confetti animation now appears when Standard Work audits or Projects are completed.

  • Messages Tab: Greeting messages now display correctly when sending messages to all Projects team members.
  • Tasks Tab: Comments in the Project Tasks tab can now be selected and copied.

Emails

  • Delegated task emails now use the correct reply-to address.

Goals 

  • Grid View: Linked project metrics in Grid View now update immediately without requiring a refresh.

Performance Improvements

My Projects

  • The My Projects list now uses infinite scrolling for improved performance with large project lists.
